1. Services

Aarel Tech provides web design, branding, and web application development services using platforms like Bubble, Wix, and other no-code tools. Each engagement is governed by a specific project proposal or agreement, which outlines the scope, timeline, and deliverables.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services in a lawful, respectful, and secure manner. You must not:

Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or functionality of our systems
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful content through our website or communication channels

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, workflows, and code developed by Aarel Tech during a project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, intellectual property rights related to project-specific deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Aarel Tech retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are defined in each individual proposal or invoice. Since we offer custom digital services, refunds are generally not provided once the project work has begun. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aarel Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, loss of revenue, or reputational harm. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services or website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
